Crude futures settle lower


NEW YORK, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices declined on Monday.

The West Texas Intermediate for April delivery dropped to 17 cents, or 0.26 percent, to settle at 66.31 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for April delivery lost 27 cents, or 0.38 percent, to settle at 71.49 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
