Jan ‌17 (Reuters) - ‌Venezuelan human ‌rights group ‍Foro Penal ‍said ‌on Saturday ‍that ​it has ⁠confirmed the ‌release ⁠of ‍139 ‍political prisoners in ‌Venezuela since January 8.
