Rwanda's actions in eastern Congo a clear violation of accords, Rubio says

WASHINGTON, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Rwanda's actions in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo are a "clear violation" of the peace deal signed in Washington under President Donald Trump, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Saturday.

"The United States will take action to ensure promises made to the president are kept," the top U.S. diplomat said in a post on X.
