Global businesses gather at Hong Kong int'l lighting fair, tech light expo


HONG KONG, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) -- The Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) kicked off on Monday, along with the 10th Hong Kong International Outdoor and Tech Light Expo, hoping to attract around 3,000 global businesses.

The lighting fair, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), emphasized innovation and smart design. Notably, the "Connected Lighting Pavilion" showcased award-winning designs and products from esteemed brands in Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Japan, and beyond, highlighting lighting solutions that have been implemented in significant global projects.

The expo will be held from Tuesday to Friday, exhibiting a wide range of outdoor, commercial, and industrial lighting products and technologies geared toward advancing smart city initiatives.
