U.S. stocks close higher

NEW YORK, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks ended higher on Tuesday.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 83.51 points, or 0.24 percent, to 35,416.98. The S&P 500 added 4.46 points, or 0.10 percent, to 4,554.89. The Nasdaq Composite Index increased 40.73 points, or 0.29 percent, to 14,281.76.
