German prosecutors arrest 15-year-old suspected of planning attack

BERLIN (Reuters) - German prosecutors said on Wednesday they have issued an arrest warrant for a 15-year-old "on the suspicion of planning and preparing a terrorist attack".

The Duesseldorf prosecutors did not provide details on the plan.
