FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Armin Papperger is on a roll.

On Tuesday, the chief executive of Germany defence champion Rheinmetall nudged up the group's mid-term sales outlook in anticipation of a windfall from higher defence spending due to the war in Ukraine.
