JERUSALEM, May 29 (Xinhua) -- Israeli police will set up permanent police stations in all public hospitals following a recent wave of violence against medical staff in the country.
The Israeli Ministry of Finance has approved the budget needed for placing police officers in all emergency rooms at a total of 19 million shekels (5.68 million U.S. dollars), the ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
