Construction of Legoland Shanghai Resort resumes

SHANGHAI, May 25 (Xinhua) -- Construction of the Legoland Shanghai Resort officially resumed Wednesday, as the megacity of Shanghai inches back toward reopening after being brought to a standstill by the latest COVID-19 resurgence for nearly two months.

Covering an area of 318,000 square meters, the resort is located in the Jinshan District in southwestern Shanghai. Construction of the resort commenced in November 2021.
