CHICAGO, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) -- Gold futures on the COMEX division of the New York Mercantile Exchange rose on Monday as U.S. equities weakened.
The most active gold contract for February delivery rose 15.4 U.S. dollars, or 0.84 percent, to close at 1,850.8 dollars per ounce.
