Soybean futures open lower

DALIAN, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) -- Soybean futures opened lower Wednesday in daytime trading on the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE).

The most active No.1 soybean contract for May 2021 delivery dipped 24 yuan (about 3.67 U.S. dollars) to open at 5,242 yuan per tonne.
