SANTIAGO, Oct. 11 (Xinhua) -- Chilean healthcare workers carried out as many as 39,211 tests in the previous 24 hours to detect the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infections, Health Minister Enrique Paris said on Sunday.
Their findings brought the total number of people who have tested positive since the onset of the outbreak here to 481,371, Paris told reporters.
