Ariana Grande 'okay' after explosions, police yet to confirm cause of blasts

SINGAPORE: American singer Ariana Grande is okay, said a spokesman after explosions at the end of her concert in Manchester, England on Monday led to several deaths.

"Two loud bangs" were reported at about 10.45pm, said the police who added that the cause could not be not immediately confirmed.

According to Fox News, a spokesman said Grande, whose Manchester show was part of her world tour, was "okay" and added that "we are further investigating what happened".

Panic erupted when concertgoers rushed to get out of the arena.

Jonathan Yates told MailOnline: "The concert had finished and the lights came on almost instantly. There was a bang, a weird bang.

"We were sat on the floor level and it came from the higher seats, people were running and screaming. I heard five or six bangs that sounded like gunshots."
