Recently, a poster went viral claiming that there would be an “Early Incentive Payment for the Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA) Study”.

The Finance Ministry has denied issuing the viral poster in a brief statement on X, saying that the claim regarding the “Early Incentive Payment for the Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA) Study” is not true.
“The Ministry of Finance wishes to emphasise that the viral poster regarding the ‘Early Incentive Payment for the Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA) Study’ is NOT TRUE and was not issued by any legitimate authority,” said the post issued by the ministry’s corporate communications unit on Wednesday (June 3).
In a follow-up post, it also advised the public not to spread unverified information and to refer only to the ministry’s official communication channels for accurate and authentic information.
“Members of the public are also reminded to verify information before sharing it. When in doubt, don’t share.”
