Chinese courier rescues driver from river – then gets back in his van to finish his round

A courier in Shanghai is being hailed as a hero after he rescued a driver who had driven into a river, then carried on with his deliveries.

The rescue took place last Tuesday afternoon after two cars collided at the corner of a road in Shanghai’s Songjiang district, causing one car to lose control and fall into the nearby river, state broadcaster CCTV reported.
