SINGAPORE: Lee Kuan Yew’s youngest son Lee Hsien Yang says his public feud with his brother – the current prime minister of Singapore – has come at a “great personal cost”, but it is necessary to safeguard the national interest of the country their late father force-marched into success.
“We speak up at great personal cost because we care deeply for the Singapore our father built,” Lee Hsien Yang, 59, told the South China Morning Post in emailed comments.
