FORMER China tour guide Yang Yin (pic), who is embroiled in a legal tussle over assets worth S$40mil (RM103.2mil) of a widow, has been released on bail after being questioned in connection with suspected criminal breach of trust.

Yang, 40, was seen leaving the Police Cantonment Complex alone yesterday. The Straits Times understands that investigations are ongoing and there are no details on when he will be charged.
