A MAN lodged a false report to cover up for the loss of his work permit, the police said.
The 37-year-old claimed that four unknown men armed with a knife robbed him at about 8pm last Wednesday at Jalan Besar Stadium. They purportedly took off with his work permit and S$300 (RM780).
