A secondary school teacher who took upskirt videos of young and unsuspecting victims 94 times was jailed for nine months.
Seow Swee Hong, 39, had admitted to 10 counts of intruding into the privacy of females by using a mobile phone to capture video recordings of their thighs in July and October last year.
