A MEMBER of Parliament has called for the number of foreign students to be capped at 10% of each class in schools and universities.
Lim Biow Chuan (Mountbatten) said that while Singaporeans understood that foreign students added diversity and raised academic standards, there was frequent feedback that foreign students were taking advantage of the local system.
