THE Prime Minister yesterday thanked the people behind last month’s International Monetary Fund / World Bank meetings, giving a special pat on the back to the security agencies for their handling of the civil society organisations (CSOs).
Lee Hsien Loong explained that Singapore did the right thing in the CSOs issue, despite the negative publicity it received internationally.
