THE condominium in Serangoon that refused to have Indian security guards working at its estate has backed down after being slammed by the Manpower Ministry.
A ministry spokesman said yesterday that the estate, Springbloom, had agreed to refrain from making similar stipulations in future tenders for its security contracts.
