SINGAPORE: The city-state urged Asian countries yesterday, to adopt a common standard for biometric passports, which store their holder's biological data, to prevent terrorists from slipping through borders.
“There is still fertile room for common efforts to collectively make our region and the world that much more inhospitable to terrorists,” Minister for Home Affairs Wong Kan Seng said.
