SINGAPORE'S first Christian-themed initial public offering (IPO), Aloecassia, has been called off by the company after “an internal review.”
Those behind the IPO had hoped to raise S$31mil (RM69mil) to buy the 45-unit Aloecassia Apartments in Bukit Timah Road and use the property “for God's glory.”
