IT MAY take up to six years and cost a whopping 900bil baht (RM87bil) to finally untangle Bangkok’s infamous traffic jams, but a comprehensive plan has been set in motion.
Under the masterplan approved by the Transport Ministry yesterday there would be new inter-city rail links and high-speed trains connecting nearby provinces, expressways, flyovers, bridges and tunnels.
