Mastermind supplying fall guys jailed

THE mastermind of a syndicate that specialised in supplying fall guys to hawkers employing illegal workers was jailed for 4½ years on Wednesday.  

Alan Wong Eng Kwee, the manager of a karaoke lounge, had pleaded guilty last month to 10 corruption charges. Another 77 charges were considered.
