THE city government of Shenzhen has sent a delegation to major European countries to attract 500 professionals, especially Chinese who have studied and worked there, for 55 selected local firms.
It is the first time that the government has explored talent resources in the European market. It held three similar employment fairs in the United States in 1992, 2001 and last year.
