JAMMU (India): Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee yesterday ruled out talks with Pakistan until terrorist attacks in India end and the atmosphere for a “meaningful'' dialogue is created.
“We would like to have meaningful talks with Pakistan, but if terrorist activities continue that would not be possible,'' he said here, the winter capital of the Indian portion of Kashmir.
