THE China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) plans to build a new shipyard in south China's Guangzhou city, which will be the largest in south China.
On Thursday, the CSSC signed a contract with the Guangzhou municipal government for the shipyard, which will be built on a 4.5km-long site on the coast of Longxue Islet, a part of Nansha, off Guangzhou.
