PATIENTS will no longer need to fill up a health declaration form when they see a doctor from Saturday, The Straits Times reported.
The Health Ministry said in a statement on Friday night that this was because the global SARS situation has improved, and China and Hong Kong have since been removed from the World Health Organisation’s list of countries with local transmission of SARS.
