BEIJING: SARS may have put a damper on nightlife in China's worst hit city here, but apparently not sex life, and might have even kept some quarrelling couples together, a state-run news agency reported yesterday.
The China News Service report quoted the Beijing Fei Fei Medical Appliances Co saying condom sales from March to last month – when SARS raged in the city – increased nearly 50% from January and February.
