EMERGENCY underground decontamination chambers, designed for victims of a chemical attack, will be open to the public for the first time, the government said yesterday.
The new chambers, built in 13 of 16 subway stations on Singapore's new north-east line, will be showcased over the weekend and defence officers will be on hand to show people how to use the equipment.
