TOKYO: With tension building over North Korea's alleged nuclear weapons programme, Japan's Defence Department has readied plans on how it will respond to attack that include deploying the military should two missiles be fired at it, a major newspaper said yesterday.
The plan calls on the government to monitor North Korean missile bases with the help of US spy satellites, the Yomiuri Shimbun reported.
