WEARING a hood that had tiny slits for his eyes, a 56-year-old man withdrew more than S$60,000 (RM130,200) over 20 months from automated teller machines (ATMs) using stolen cards.
Goh Seng Hong’s stealing and spending spree, which started in April 2001, came to an end when he tried to withdraw S$3,000 (RM6,510) using a stolen ATM card at Capital Square on Nov 1 last year.
