RM14.3mil of scam victims' money recovered in last four years, Dewan Rakyat told

KUALA LUMPUR: A total of RM14.3mil has been recovered and returned to online scam victims, while 7,262 suspects have been arrested in nearly 1,000 raids targeting fraud syndicates, says Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

The Home Minister said the money was recovered between Oct 12, 2022, and September this year through swift action by authorities to block transactions involving bank accounts suspected of being used in online scams.
