KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) will examine all aspects of the investigation into Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain before deciding whether further action should be taken, says Attorney General Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar.
The Attorney General said this would include witness statements, CCTV footage and other relevant facts connected to the case.

"Regarding Shuhaily's case, the AGC will examine every aspect of the investigation, including witness statements, CCTV footage and the relevant facts, before any further action can be taken," he told the media at the Financial Lines Forum 2026 here on Tuesday (Oct 6).
Shuhaily, the director-general of the Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS), had recently said he was prepared to face any action by the government after CCTV footage showing him confronting several individuals at KLIA Terminal 1 went viral.
The short video, which circulated on social media, showed Shuhaily reprimanding individuals during an operational inspection on level five of the terminal.

Claims subsequently emerged that those involved were police personnel who had been reprimanded or physically handled during the incident.
Shuhaily later addressed the matter at a press conference in Putrajaya, saying he was not perfect and was prepared to take full responsibility for his actions.
He has also said he would accept any final decision by the government concerning his position.
