MALAYSIAN singer Nicholas Teo has thrilled fans by confirming a Kuala Lumpur stop for his upcoming concert tour, China Press reported.
Speaking at an event in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur on Sept 12, the 44-year-old artiste revealed plans to launch the new tour towards the end of the year.
“There will definitely be a Kuala Lumpur show!” Teo promised, though he remained tight-lipped on how the production differs from his previous Chapter 21 tour.
“I cannot reveal too many details at the moment,” he added.
Teo kicked off his Chapter 21 tour in 2023 before concluding the run in Macau in February.
The Kuching-born star first shot to fame after winning the Astro Talent Quest in 2002 and releasing his debut album in 2004.
He is also well known for starring alongside Taiwanese singer Cyndi Wang in popular idol dramas such as Smiling Pasta.
The duo experienced a major career resurgence in 2022 after reuniting on reality TV shows Sisters Who Make Waves and Promise of the Stars.

The incident occurred during folk singer Zhao Lei’s performance at the Beijing National Stadium on Sept 12.
As Zhao performed The Southern Girl, a man dropped to one knee to propose to his girlfriend, who was dressed in a wedding gown.
She accepted, and the pair began distributing wedding sweets to nearby audience members.
However, several spectators abruptly began chanting “sit down!” as the gesture blocked their view of the stage.
Security personnel eventually stepped in to halt the mid-concert proposal.
The spectacle ignited an online debate, with many social media users condemning the couple for self-centred behaviour.
“Blocking other people’s view during a paid concert is simply unacceptable,” one user commented.
