KUALA LUMPUR: A Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officer has lodged a police report over a classified document brought up during the corruption trial of Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin linked to the Jana Wibawa programme.
Based on the police report, sighted by The Star, the officer stated that the document was revealed by Muhyiddin's lawyer Datuk Amer Hamzah Arshad during the hearing at the High Court here at about 6pm on Monday (Sept 14).

The document in question was a statement by businessman Adam Radlan Adam Muhammad recorded under Section 53(3) of the MACC Act 2009, which was classified and confidential.
The complainant claimed the document was not related to Muhyiddin's trial despite being brought up in the case.
Yesterday, Amer Hamzah cross-examined MACC investigating officer Mazery Mohd Zaini.
The trial resumes on Tuesday (Sept 15) before Justice Noor Ruwena Md Nurdin.
