FIFTEEN Indian small traders and stall operators in Batu constituency were among those who received DBKL stalls thanks to a new initiative, Malaysia Nanban reported.
Batu MP P. Prabakaran, who was present to hand over access to the stalls to the traders, said the programme was made possible thanks to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and DBKL.
Several traders who had stalls in front of the Kaliamman Temple in Sentul was also able to obtain proper licences and permits from DBKL under the programme.
