IT engineer Ahmad Faidzal Abdul Rashid looks and behaves like any other individual.

However, he recently discovered he has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) after three of his four children were diagnosed with the condition, Harian Metro reported.

The 41-year-old said he had struggled since his school days, but neither teachers nor counsellors understood the cause at the time.

“I only found out after my eldest son, Ahmad Norman Adha, 14, my third child Muawiyah, eight, and my youngest Ali, six, were diagnosed with ADHD last year,” he said.

Doctors later established a genetic link for the condition, prompting Ahmad Faidzal to test himself.

He admitted he initially struggled to accept the diagnosis, especially after learning of his children’s conditions.

“If I could turn back time, I might have chosen not to start a family because I felt like I was the reason my children are this way,” he said.

> Actress Diana Danielle opened up about her fears of growing distant from her children, Muhammad, 13, and Nur Aurora, 10, Utusan Malaysia reported.

The 34-year-old said motherhood constantly leaves her questioning whether she is doing enough as a mother.

“I worry they may drift away from me one day, but as a mother, no matter how tired or sick I am, I will always find time and money to make them happy,” she shared on Threads.

Diana also expressed gratitude for her children, describing them as the greatest gift in her life.

“Through my children, God has restored my self-worth, awareness and given me a clearer direction in life,” she said.
