Slow traffic on highways as festive break winds down


PETALING JAYA: Slow traffic has been reported around midday in multiple areas on the last day of public holidays for the Raya celebrations.

According to the Plus Malaysia Bhd (PLUS) official X account, road congestion has been reported from Bertam in Penang to Sungai Petani in Kedah.

Heavy traffic has also been reported from Bandar Baru Nilai to Bandar Ainsdale, and Senawang to Port Dickson, in Negri Sembilan.

In Johor, slow-moving traffic was reported from Senai to Kulai; while in Perak, the Kuala Kangsar to Ipoh stretch was affected.
