“They can perform their responsibilities and I am ready to give any documents or statements that they need. There is nothing to hide,” he said.
He added that private documents, such as bank files, will be shown to the committee directly.
“Private documents, such as bank documents, I will show them, but not to those who are not involved (in the committee). On those who will be part of the committee, I leave it to the government.
“Of course, I will cooperate. I was the one who requested to be investigated,” he said.

On allegations of the MACC working with the “corporate mafia”, he said that any allegations can be forwarded to authorities by filing reports.
“If they want to run with unverified information, that is up to them. If anyone wants to file police reports on it, then go ahead,” he said.
He also added that there was no need for him to go on leave.
“If I need to go on leave, I can point to all those who have been charged in court but still on duty,” he said.
When asked about the planned rally against him scheduled on Sunday (Feb 15) in Kuala Lumpur, he said that it was not the first time there were rallies against him.
“I have no comment. It’s not the first time.
“If they want to assemble it’s up to them,” he said.
Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar is set to chair a special investigation committee formed to look into issues related to share ownership of the MACC chief commissioner.
