MELAKA: A maximum price scheme will be enforced on 16 food items for the Chinese New Year from Friday to Feb 21.
Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) Minister Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali said the Festive Season Maximum Price Scheme (SHMMP) was to stabilise prices of selected essential goods and protect consumers from unreasonable increases.
