LBS Foundation (LBSF), the organisation overseeing corporate social responsibility initiatives for LBS Bina Group Bhd, is donating two residential apartment units and one commercial shoplot to the Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD) Kuala Langat at Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor.

This contribution underscores LBSF’s commitment to supporting public service institutions and enhancing community safety and well-being.

The donated units will provide housing and operational support for police personnel, helping to improve their efficiency and quality of life while serving the community.

Over the years, LBSF has consistently supported the Royal Malaysia Police (RMP) through various charitable and community-focused initiatives.

These efforts include the construction of the Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Cameron Highlands (IPDCH) and funding the development of Dewan Jaya LBS — a multipurpose hall for IPD Petaling Jaya.

This long-standing partnership reflects the strength of collaboration and reinforces the Group’s commitment to meaningful and impactful corporate social responsibility.

The key handover ceremony was graced by the LBSF Board of Trustees, who also serves as LBS Group executive chairman Tan Sri Ir Dr Lim Hock San, together with the Selangor deputy police chief Deputy Comm Mohd Zaini Abu Hassan along with representatives from IPD Kuala Langat, marking the official transfer of the units.

Commenting on the initiative, Lim said, “At LBS, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve.

“By supporting IPD Kuala Langat, we hope to contribute to safer and stronger communities in Bandar Saujana Putra.

“This donation reflects our commitment to social responsibility, alongside our core mission of delivering quality homes and spaces for all Malaysians.”
