Agrobank probing internal system incident, says services unaffected


KUALA LUMPUR: Agrobank is investigating a recent internal system incident while assuring customers that no funds or data were affected, and that its mobile and online banking services remain fully operational.

In a statement Thursday (Nov 13), the bank said it has taken measures to strengthen the security of its internal systems and the delivery of banking services.

Agrobank is also working closely with Bank Negara and enforcement agencies to ensure the continued integrity and security of its systems.

The bank added that it will continue to monitor the situation and take proactive steps to safeguard its operations.
