StarProperty honours top real estate agents and negotiators at 8th Realtor Edition


PETALING JAYA: The 8th annual StarProperty Awards 2025: Realtor Edition gathered the crème de la crème of real estate agents and negotiators.

StarProperty, a wholly owned subsidiary of Star Media Group Bhd, hosted the awards at the Sheraton Petaling Jaya Grand Ballroom on Tuesday night (Nov 11).

The ceremony honoured 102 recipients comprising 40 agencies and 62 negotiators across 26 main categories and 34 sub categories.

The event celebrated the vital contributions of RENs who drive Malaysia’s property market.

In his opening remarks, SMG group chief executive officer Chan Seng Fatt paid tribute to the professionals who underpin the industry.

“Property agents and negotiators are not merely intermediaries. You are the master connectors who seamlessly link developers, owners and buyers,” he said.

“You are the trusted guides who transform market data into actionable advice, ensuring that every transaction flows smoothly. In short, you are the architects of market confidence and the foundation of economic vitality,” added Chan.

Chan highlighted their professional growth amid the expansion of the real estate profession in recent years.

He said this reflects the market’s growing reliance on expert guidance.

Awards presented included Rising Star, StarProperty Millionaire Masters Award Negotiator and All Stars Award–Negotiator.

All Stars (Emerging, Mega, Big and Medium) awards were also presented.

Other awards included Chief Executive of the Year, Thriving, Developer Preferred, Sub sale and Regional.

Agency of the Year and Real Estate Negotiator of the Year were presented.

Best Digital Marketing, Best Technology and Most Transacted Rental were included.

StarProperty Readers’ Choice (Agency) and StarProperty Readers’ Choice (Negotiator) were awarded.

Outstanding Achievement, Deal of the Year, Most Exceptional Leader Award–Male and Key Personality Award were presented.

The awards were presented by SMG chairman Tan Sri Wong Foon Meng, Chan, SMG chief operating officer Lydia Wang and StarProperty senior content manager Joseph Wong.
