KUALA LUMPUR: The police have completed their investigation into a woman known as “Inspector Sheila,” who allegedly insulted police officers conducting a routine inspection on a foreign man driving without a licence along Jalan Ipoh here last Tuesday (Nov 4).

Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Fadil Marsus said the investigation papers will be submitted to the Deputy Public Prosecutor soon for further action.

“We have completed our investigation and will refer the papers to the DPP with recommendations for possible charges,” he told reporters after attending the "Selawat and Munajat Perdana event organised by KL police at Masjid Al-Sultan Abdullah on Friday (Nov 7).

It was reported that during the incident on Nov 4, the woman allegedly accused the on-duty officers of being ignorant of the law and belittled their actions, claiming that they had threatened the foreign national involved.
