PETALING JAYA: Parts of Klang Valley and Johor Baru suffered power outages after the Edra Melaka Power Plant had a supply disruption.

Tenaga Nasional (TNB) confirmed this on Facebook on Wednesday (Oct 15).

"A technical team is working to restore electricity supply in stages to affected users," it said.

Affected members of the public can report the outages to TNB by calling 15454, emailing tnbcareline@tnb.com or TNB's official social media platforms.

The Edra Melaka Power Plant (EMPP) is the largest combined cycle gas-fired power plant currently in operation in Malaysia.
