Kajang toll crash: Second victim dies


KAJANG: One more victim from the fatal accident at the Bukit Kajang toll plaza has died.

Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Naazron Abdul Yusof confirmed that a 48-year-old man who had been seriously injured in the accident succumbed to his injuries on Sunday (Oct 5) at 11am.

"The body of the man, a public servant, will be handed over to family members after a post-mortem is completed.

"This is the second fatality linked to the incident," he said.

On Sept 27, a fatal road accident along the Bukit Kajang toll plaza occurred involving four vehicles.

The resulting crash initially led to the death of a 16-month-old baby while further injuring seven others.
