Winners of the BusinessToday Industry Choice Awards 2025 celebrating their achievements at the event, which recognised outstanding contributions across various industries in Malaysia.
PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Bhd, a property developer guided by people-first values, together with its subsidiary MGB Bhd, a construction, property development and manufacturer of IBS precast concrete products, were honoured at the BusinessToday Industry Choice Awards 2025, held at Sunway Resort, Kuala Lumpur.
The inaugural awards, primarily determined through a readers’ poll, were witnessed by distinguished industry leaders and experts.
LBS received the award for Best in Community-Centric Property Development, a recognition of the group’s philosophy of shaping societies by putting people first.
Meanwhile, MGB was honoured with the award for Best Innovation in Construction Technology, underscoring its commitment to creating value through technology driven by integrity, efficiency and accountability.
